I would like to return a shop item. How do I go about it?

If you would like to send an item purchased in the Members Only shop back to us, Please label your package as shown below and mail to:

* You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your shop item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

* Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. 

* To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and shipped back in the original packaging.

Once you have shipped out the item, please email us at [e-mail] with your tracking.  Once received and inspected by our returns team, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Once you receive the refund notification, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to post to your account.
