In the event you move or relocate, you can update your address anytime via your dashboard on the website. Simply log in with the email associated with your subscription, go to Manage My Seasonal Subscription, and scroll down until you see your billing and shipping addresses.
Shipping addresses can be changed in real-time for active subscriptions. If you have Paused or Canceled your subscription renewal, simply unpause or reactivate to make the changes then revert back to the Paused or Canceled status.
To update your billing information, please click the SEND EMAIL TO RESET button. You will receive an email that will allow you to change your billing address and update your form of payment.

Address changes on the site need to be done before the 18th of the renewal month to avoid your box going to the old address.
***If you need to make shipping address changes after renewal, please reach out to our team at [email protected] so they can assist you.
We are unable to make address changes after a box has shipped. If you realize your box is going to your old address, please contact the carrier (Fed Ex) IMMEDIATELY and request they redirect your parcel to the nearest pickup location. This can be done via the website or by calling. You will need to emphasize your package is a HOME DELIVERY shipment (VERY IMPORTANT) if calling. The online option will allow you to choose your location for pickup. Please understand, Decocrated cannot redirect for you with the HOME DELIVERY service.
