We are SO sorry to hear you received a damaged item, an incomplete box, or one of the box items is defective.
Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your box and, if you receive a box with damaged contents please include photographs of the item(s) so we can get a replacement product piece out to you ASAP.
If a replacement is not available, our customer service team can advise you on the options they have at their disposal to make things right!
